Important update on legal structure and company legal status:

• Since 2025, Weissknight-USA is operated directly from the UK where Louis-Armand Weisheimer is based full time as CEO and major shareholder. Local consultants are working from their home offices but any legal contracts are signed with Weissknight Corporate Finance companies based in the UK.

• All the several companies that we had opened and operated between 2010 and 2025 in the different states of the USA to comply with local M&A and corporate finance regulations and licences have been closed or dissolved (even the one in Canada). We do not have any legal entity left in North America, and we do not sign any contract agreement using any American legal entity.

• We are aware of scammers or past operational partners who have opened entities here and there and bank accounts using our trademark. We are exploring legal options to make this cease as Weissknight is a global trademark registered and protected. To all potential clients or partners, be aware of scammers pretending to be our local representative and having rights to sign contract and bank our monthly retainers. This is not us. Only the people on this website, and only Louis-Armand Weisheimer as CEO and Group Chairman has the legal right to sign contracts under UK laws for the UK entity. Be vigilant, the amount of warnings received recently is crazy.
