Louis-Armand Weisheimer
Founder & CEO
Louis-Armand founded Weissknight-USA in 2010, he is also the founder and CEO of Weissknight Corporate Finance based in London launched in 2009.
He graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine, and holds a master of Corporate-Finance from EM-Lyon (Major of the MBA).
Louis-Armand has published several papers on the topic "Real-Options' Valuation", the last one been a Thesis on the subject: "Optimal capital structure and valuation of the financial flexibility using the Real-Options Approach."
Louis-Armand started his investment banking career with the independent investment bank Lazard in Frankfurt. He also worked for Nomura International in London to focus on cross border corporate finance transactions, where he was in charge of valuation advisory and the execution of several transactions. In 2009, Louis-Armand founded Weissknight, the global investment bank focused on cross-border auction process for global SMEs: www.weissknight.com
Louis-Armand has been an investment banker for more than twenty years, in particular on M&A operations, private placements, LBO and valuation advisory both in France, in Germany and in the UK. Louis-Armand contributed to more than 100 transactions with a total value exceeding $ 5,000m, among which a large number of cross-border deals between Europe and the USA.
Emilie Lavousier

With over 10 years of investment banking experiences, Emilie is a mid-market M&A specialist and an expert in the complex fields of financial advisory and consutling for large and institutional investors (family offices, VCs and PEs).
She joined Weissknight Corporate Finance in 2015, and started the american operation of the UK based mid-market investment bank.
In 2019, she decided to launch a practice focused on Buy-side search mandate for American growth companies willing to expand globally, using the methodology developped by Louis-Armand Weisheimer for European listed companies since 2010. Weissknight USA was borned and she is co-leading the practise.
Emilie started her career at Lazard and Bank of America back in 2010.
She is fluent in French and English.
Marc Ward
Senior Consultant
With more than 10 years of experience in corporate development, management and M&A advisory, Marc is passionate about entrepreneurs success, and passonated helping them realise their dreams, thanks to M&A opportunities.
Marc started his investment banking career at Weissknight Corporate Finance in 2017. He was located at that time in Germany and specialised in eCommerce and related technologies' companies which he advised for mainly cross-border M&A operations.
In 2019, he decided to join the Weissknight-USA adventure and moved to Boston.
He will be specialised in any Tech related buy-side searches for both American companies willing to expand in Europe, and vice-verca for European search clients willing to expand in the USA.
He started his career at Dropbox and Ubisoft.
Marc is fluent in German, French and English.
Weissknight-USA is supported by the Weissknight Corporate Finance Team,
which will provide any necessary ressources to fulfill any search mandates at any time.
